“It is important to us that after several international accolades based on guest reviews, our services, Aria’s performance, have been recognized in the domestic field for such a professional competition. From the outset, we place great emphasis on teamwork, service-centric approach, innovative solutions and continuous innovation. I see a confirmation of our aspirations in this award, ”said Zoltán Kecskeméthy, Director of Aria Hotel Budapest, after taking over the“ Hotel of the Year 2018 ”title.
The professional jury of the Hotel of the Year competition evaluated high service standards, market share and growth, guest satisfaction, hotel innovation, staff training, satisfaction, and social responsibility. The jury commissioned a so-called mystery test at each hotel. “Our New York-based parent company, following the guiding principles of all members of the Library Hotel Collection Group, works exclusively with staff who make a memorable, good impression on our guests. In addition to music, the hotel offers design, film, gastronomic, fashion, beauty and literary experiences.
The spaces at Aria Hotel Budapest were designed by Zoltán Varró (VarroDesign), whose work has also been recognized with the Gold Key Award for the most prestigious hospitality design award.
